A to \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m z&nbsp;pozice n\u011bkoho, kdo u\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 10 let boty (a\u017e na v\u00fdjimky) nenos\u00ed. V&nbsp;prost\u0159ed\u00ed RM m\u00e1 ov\u0161em bos\u00e1 ch\u016fze naprosto st\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed m\u00edsto. K&nbsp;takov\u00e9mu m\u00edstu se \u010dlov\u011bk ale nedopo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 p\u0159es ot\u00e1zky typu: je bos\u00e1 ch\u016fze zdrav\u00e1? je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1? je p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1? je p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed? je p\u0159irozen\u00e1? atd. Dalo by se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee se k&nbsp;tomuto m\u00edstu \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit sp\u00ed\u0161e ot\u00e1zkami typu: je ch\u016fze v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch zdrav\u00e1? je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1? je p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1? je p\u0159irozen\u00e1? atd. ov\u0161em i kdy\u017e je v\u00fdsledek diametr\u00e1ln\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fd (a\u010d se to na prvn\u00ed pohled nemus\u00ed jevit), i p\u0159esto je v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tedy nejde o to, jestli chodit bos ani o to, jestli nechodit v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch. Tak\u00e9 nejde o to, z&nbsp;jak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu chodit bos, nebo\u0165 ch\u016fze bos ze \u0161patn\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu nep\u0159inese \u201edobr\u00e9ho\u201c v\u016fbec nic. Jde tedy o to, z&nbsp;jak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu \u010dlov\u011bk nebude nosit boty. Pokud vid\u00ed\u0161 v&nbsp;prvn\u00edch t\u0159ech v\u011bt\u00e1ch tohoto odstavce \u010dty\u0159i diametr\u00e1ln\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9, odd\u011blen\u00e9 a neslu\u010diteln\u00e9 roviny, pak teprve pro tebe bos\u00e1 ch\u016fze v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci prost\u0159ed\u00ed RM, m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1vat ur\u010dit\u00fd smysl a opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed. Ov\u0161em ani v&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b to nen\u00ed tak jednoduch\u00e9, nebo\u0165 \u010dtvrt\u00e1 rovina (z jak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu nenosit boty) je pouze odrazov\u00fd m\u016fstek, p\u0159es kter\u00fd se \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee dopo\u010d\u00edtat d\u00e1le. M\u016f\u017ee se dopo\u010d\u00edtat, \u017ee bos\u00e1 ch\u016fze nen\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e ch\u016fze v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch stejn\u011b jako se m\u016f\u017ee dopo\u010d\u00edtat opaku a v&nbsp;obou p\u0159\u00edpadech je v\u00fdsledek spr\u00e1vn\u00fd. M\u016f\u017ee se dopo\u010d\u00edtat ke kladn\u00fdm odpov\u011bd\u00edm ot\u00e1zek typu: je ch\u016fze v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1? je bezpe\u010dn\u00e1? je zdrav\u00e1? je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1? je \u201ehygienick\u00e1\u201c, je etick\u00e1? atd. A stejn\u011b tak se m\u016f\u017ee dopo\u010d\u00edtat ke stejn\u011b kladn\u00fdm odpov\u011bd\u00edm stejn\u00fdch ot\u00e1zek v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci ch\u016fze bos\u00e9 (v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci bos\u00e9 ch\u016fze lze dokonce naj\u00edt v\u00edce ot\u00e1zek a kladn\u00fdch odpov\u011bd\u00ed, ne\u017e je to v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ch\u016fze v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch, co\u017e je dosti samo vypov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 trochu zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed, nebo\u0165 nelze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee bos\u00e1 ch\u016fze je \u201elep\u0161\u00ed\u201c, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 ty sam\u00e9 benefity jako ch\u016fze v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch, a je\u0161t\u011b spousty dal\u0161\u00edch).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdravotn\u00ed str\u00e1nka je pak mnohdy z\u00e1sadn\u00edm argumentem pro ob\u011b varianty (boty \/ boso ch\u016fze), co\u017e je v&nbsp;pravd\u011b v&nbsp;obou p\u0159\u00edpadech argument neobhajiteln\u00fd.&nbsp; \u201eVsad\u00edm boty\u201c, \u017ee pokud ud\u011bl\u00e1m kontroln\u00ed st\u011br stavu nohou boso chodce a \u010dlov\u011bka chod\u00edc\u00edho v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch, v\u00edce mikrob\u016f, pl\u00edsn\u00ed, bakteri\u00ed nalezne na noze poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed ze zapa\u0159en\u00e9 a zpocen\u00e9 boty. To ale neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee je bos\u00e1 ch\u016fze lep\u0161\u00ed z&nbsp;hygienick\u00e9ho \u010di zdravotn\u00edho hlediska, co\u017e pozn\u00e1\u0161 hned, jakmile se takto bude\u0161 sna\u017eit argumentovat \u010dlov\u011bku, kter\u00fd sund\u00e1 boty, poran\u00ed si poko\u017eku, \u0161l\u00e1pne do prvn\u00edho hovna, kter\u00e9 potk\u00e1, \u201edostane\u201c infekci a ukopne si oba palce. Nen\u00ed to tak jednoduch\u00e9, ov\u0161em kladn\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi na jakoukoliv ot\u00e1zku mus\u00ed b\u00fdt op\u011bt pouze vedlej\u0161\u00edm efektem lidsk\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je pod\u0159\u00edzeno spr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu, optim\u00e1ln\u00edmu a smyslupln\u00e9mu d\u016fvodu na v\u0161ech \u201e\u00farovn\u00edch\u201c. Tedy dan\u00e9mu rozhodnut\u00ed mus\u00ed tak\u00e9 podl\u00e9hat duchovn\u00ed, ment\u00e1ln\u00ed a fyzick\u00e9 rozpolo\u017een\u00ed, stejn\u011b tak jako adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed technika ch\u016fze (nelze se j\u00ed nau\u010dit p\u0159es noc, mus\u00ed se pochopit, porozum\u011bt, ale tak\u00e9 prod\u00fdchat), postaven\u00ed p\u00e1nve, kolenou a ramen, adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je absolutn\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u00ed atd. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b to sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed pro ch\u016fzi v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch s&nbsp;t\u00edm rozd\u00edlem, \u017ee p\u0159i bos\u00e9 ch\u016fzi se jak\u00e9koliv disharmonie a nesmyslnost projev\u00ed mnohem rychleji. V&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nejsem propag\u00e1tor bos\u00e9 ch\u016fze, u\u017e jen proto \u017ee v\u00edd\u00e1m boso chodce chodit ze \u0161patn\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f, se \u0161patnou technikou, co\u017e je v&nbsp;obou p\u0159\u00edpadech nezdrav\u00e9 a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. To se pak dost\u00e1v\u00e1me ke stejn\u00e9mu p\u0159irovn\u00e1n\u00ed jako v&nbsp;metafo\u0159e se sklen\u00edkem. Bos\u00e1 ch\u016fze tedy nen\u00ed zdrav\u00e1 ani prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 a je dokonce nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1, zdravou a prosp\u011b\u0161nou j\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee ud\u011blat a\u017e spr\u00e1vn\u00fd d\u016fvod a pr\u00e1ce, kterou se k n\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk pro\u0161lape. Stejn\u011b tak je nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 m\u00f3da obuvi \u201ebarefoot\u201c, kterou m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159irovnat ke \u201ekatastrof\u011b\u201c samonav\u00edjec\u00edho vod\u00edtka pro psa, tedy \u201esvobod\u011b na vod\u00edtku\u201c. Ned\u00e1v\u00e1 to \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd smysl v&nbsp;principu, v&nbsp;jak\u00e9m je to vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no. To ale neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se \u201ebarefoot\u201c obuv ned\u00e1 efektivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt, ale \u00fapln\u011b v&nbsp;jin\u00fdch konotac\u00edch, principech a za jin\u00fdm \u00fa\u010delem. V\u00edd\u00e1m neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed lid\u00ed v \u201ebarefoot\u201c obuvi, kte\u0159\u00ed propadli m\u00f3dn\u00ed m\u00e1nii a propagand\u011b (stejn\u011b jako v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci fitness, bio potravin, diet, cvi\u010den\u00ed atd. atd.), a kte\u0159\u00ed v&nbsp;n\u00ed \u201e\u0161majdaj\u00ed\u201c jako v&nbsp;obuvi norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, a v&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je \u201ebarefoot\u201c obuv nejen \u017ee nezdrav\u00e1, ale dokonce extr\u00e9mn\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1\u201c. &nbsp;O to nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je, pakli\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 barefoot obuv s&nbsp;norm\u00e1ln\u00ed obuv\u00ed, stejn\u011b tak je nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 kombinace, pokud n\u011bkdo st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 norm\u00e1ln\u00ed obuv s&nbsp;bosou ch\u016fz\u00ed. Ne \u017ee by to ne\u0161lo, \u010di dokonce ne\u0161lo zdrav\u011b a smyslupln\u011b, pak ale je to op\u011bt pod\u0159\u00edzeno adekv\u00e1tn\u00edmu d\u016fvodu, technice a p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostem. D\u00e1 se uva\u017eovat o kombinaci bos\u00e9 ch\u016fze a ch\u016fze v&nbsp;\u201ebarefoot\u201c obuvi, ale pouze za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podm\u00ednek a op\u011bt pouze v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b smysluplnosti a adekv\u00e1tn\u00edho d\u016fvodu. Jde tedy o to, z&nbsp;jak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu odlo\u017e\u00edme boty, a jestli takov\u00fd d\u016fvod obh\u00e1j\u00edme v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci vlastn\u00edho potenci\u00e1lu, a aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed situaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zab\u00fdv\u00e1m se touto problematikou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 deset let, z&nbsp;nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u00fahl\u016f pohledu a ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch, a\u0165 u\u017e jak\u00fdchkoliv str\u00e1v\u00edm, ov\u0161em dalo by se \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se takov\u00fd \u010das pohybuje v&nbsp;\u0159\u00e1du des\u00edtek minut ro\u010dn\u011b. To \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m mimo jin\u00e9 proto, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das v&nbsp;bot\u00e1ch mus\u00edm str\u00e1vit nikoliv z&nbsp;vlastn\u00ed v\u016fle, ale proto, \u017ee v&nbsp;opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed k&nbsp;diskriminaci (co\u017e by je\u0161t\u011b tak nevadilo), ale tak\u00e9 k&nbsp;postihu. Vzhledem k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee je (v Evrop\u011b) boso chodeck\u00e1 komunita (ke kter\u00e9 se nehl\u00e1s\u00edm a ani se s n\u00ed neztoto\u017e\u0148uji) velice mal\u00e1, a stejn\u011b tak komunita lid\u00ed (se kterou se ztoto\u017enit mohu), co \u201ejen chod\u00ed bez bot\u201c (z dobr\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu), ani\u017e by se oh\u00e1n\u011bli p\u0159\u00edrodou, ezoterikou, \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem, propagandou, zdrav\u00edm atp., je velice mal\u00e1, ne-li tak\u0159ka miziv\u00e1, nem\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee by n\u011bkoho zaj\u00edmalo jak tyto tendence vyu\u017e\u00edt, a nikoliv je potla\u010dovat, diskreditovat, trestat \u010di diskriminovat, co\u017e je i jeden z&nbsp;d\u016fvod\u016f vytvo\u0159en\u00ed tohoto prostoru v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci RM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O bos\u00e9 ch\u016fzi bych ov\u0161em mohl mluvit cel\u00e9 hodiny a dny, stejn\u011b tak o tom, jak je mo\u017en\u00e9 chodit po dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta bos a vyhnout se zran\u011bn\u00edm, stejn\u011b tak co zran\u011bn\u00ed mohou zna\u010dit, o technice ch\u016fze, principech a d\u016fvodech a tak\u00e9 d\u016fvodech \u201ePRO\u201c stejn\u011b tak jako d\u016fvodech \u201ePROTI\u201c.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Z&nbsp;bos\u00e9 ch\u016fze se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 st\u00e1vat m\u00f3dn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost, zprofanovan\u00e1, zneu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1, neopodstatn\u011bn\u00e1 a absolutn\u011b nesmysln\u00e1.
